19th Century French Silver Plate on Copper Lidded Tureen. Of lobed form with twin grape and vine naturalistic handles and a cover finial formed as a budding fruit on a bed of leaves.

In excellent order with areas of copper bleed. Lights surface wear and scratches to the base of the tureen, commensurate with age and for its use as a serving dish.

Approximate dimensions are 29 cm length, 20 cm diameter  and 17 cm height.

Approximate weight is 1.472 kilos.
